Welcome to Mr. Bill's feel-good economy: " ... operations are going to sites in Mexico and Hungary." But we're told only that the "world-wide" hiring rate at IBM is going up like crazy. Funny the way people justify lowering the number of people employed here in the USA ... by quoting the "world-wide" employment numbers. I guess things will stabilize when the "world-wide" average for wages is equal to the average wage in Egypt. This "process" could take a long time...so buy stock NOW to protect yourself from the coming Brave New Economy of Mr. Bill!
