Carl, Thank you very much!!! I have read just about everything I could find at their web site, and have read the information at all the links... saw in the last financials that it is now 9.5.M shares what was that about??? This weekend I will continue my DD :>

I have noticed that NN is in 90 Countries...here's the catch, and why I am concerned...

I have been reading lately that both, the ISPs in England and on the Continent are giving FREE ISP Service...

In England, one Major ISP added approx. 1M new customers, since the new Model has been enacted...

I know, and want, folks to remember that the overseas Internet is a completely different model than here in the States...i.e., they have to pay a minute-per-minute charge to the phone company...If that happened here in the States, we would all go through the University Loop hole...

I see that AOL will soon be giving free service in Europe...I am sure this will continue around the World, except the USA, and possibly Canada...

Now, that I have burnt your ear off :>

My question is, how is NetNations positioned for these events, and have they expressed their direction through a Business Plan or Model???

Thanks in advance...Gator
