The private placement is a private document. Never intended for public consumption, analysis, etc. Hahahaha. Surely you don't read what you post. a private document? Hahahaha. And filed with the SEC, a government agency? Double hahahahahaha. Who needs cable, or the movies, or the Sunday comics or rock concerts? I have your stupid statements to amuse me. I'll just bet they got you a limo indeed. You are in a class by yourself. Hahahahaha. One thing is true though, I am sure that document was never intended for the public to read it. Hahahahaha. So are we to suppose that the misrepresentations in that document were only intended to mislead two private investors then? Hahahaha. I will not be filing a class action lawsuit against the company.
