Financials will be made public on or about June 30. If they are not out yet at the time of the open house on June 29th I expect John will be able to speak directly to the situation. Said financials will be preliminary (audited, but presented by management and so not certified), they will include the first quarter (and maybe more-- If I understand this post by wireless #reply-9630027, a 10Q cannot be submitted to the SEC as the company has never filed a 10SB. So, why are they bothering with unaudited (they cannot be signed/audited financials if they are preliminary) financials for one quarter? After all, the company has been saying for MONTHS that they've been working on the financials, what's the hold up?
