That is incredible. NATO claimed they destroy 40% of Yugoslav army's tanks. Now, it proves only 13 tanks were hit, 3 remains were found. My questions are: a. Does Yugoslav army only have 33 tanks total?(33x0.4=13) But I read the independent survey which says they have about 700. b. Where does the other smart bombs target? Albania houses, bridges ,or hospitals? Any idea? Please help.
