Fuddle: I phoned Chuck Forrest (Investment Rep-BFM)a couple of weeks ago...and at that time the DD for BFM and the other party (BO Mc.?) was under way. There was a great deal of optimism that even with a consolidation of 3 to 1 that the price would increase for two reasons. 1. BFM would be diversifying into something other than Exploration. 2. The new company would have deep pockets ...sufficient to pour some much needed money into exploration where the potential for an "Elephant" discovery is great. but..as we know,the deal appears to have fallen apart. however.....there is positive news about exploration...and the continuance of the Peerless project which will generate a cash flow. The share price is an over-reaction.....and a joke. I bought another 10,000 shares today (for $500)...and will continue buying next week. Regards: Ron
