Perhaps a big "thank you" is due to management at AHS/Stay for not withholding the 15% from us little people. If Avalon management's shares weren't subject to the withhold either, however, it would appear that John Collins and his colleagues simply concluded that it was no longer necessary. I do know that the two management teams have truly become united with much mutual respect, and since the withhold provision was in the merger agreement only for AHS's protection if all at Avalon turned out to be not as had been represented, it wouldn't surprise me if it was deemed unnecessary now that AHS/Stay can truly see what it has acquired in both assets and personnel. -Eric
