Oh well, just an overly optimistic guess by me <g>. Actually, it didn't occur to me that the instructions to the transfer agent or brokerage houses (whoever it was that screwed up) could have been misread or ignored. That's really disgraceful.

Despite my thought that AHS's waiving the holdback would have implied all sorts of "warm and fuzzies," no one should assume that enforcing the holdback implies anything negative. It's just part of the merger deal.

Next time I'll check with management before I run off at the keyboard <g>.
