The links I shared with you, I am not sure how current the pricing data is. Just to be clear.......I read a press release today about the AOL/MICROWORKZ deal. In this release they refer to a computer that is sub $200.

Lets imagine AOL gives the customer the computer up front, adds $8 a month to the regular subscription fee with a two year subscription contract. This would make the monthly charge about $29 I believe.

In two years the computer is paid for, AOL has a capital expense tax deduction, (as in the lease to own business model) the consumer wins, AOL wins , stock holders win.

In the end AOL gets a loyal customer as Steve R. pointed out earlier today.

Random thoughts..........Vendit
