"your" is a possessive and "you're" is a contraction of "you are."

Next time you wish to sear someone with your razor wit, try saying

"You're a joke!"

When you say "Your a joke, and I'm a Harvard MBA" we all get to chuckle.

Spell check can't save you from using the wrong word.
