Re:ARBA vs SAP: There was an article this week in the WSJ (paper edition) on B2B e-commerce and it mentioned a few large cos (I recall only Bristol Myers Squibb)who went for ARBA's implementation rather than SAP's. I suspect that once a company invests in a particular B2B set-up it is a long-term capital investment (not as onerous as R/3 though) and it is unlikely to change whimsically. Ibnbatutaa
