NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1999--Cross Country Holdings Ltd. (OTCBB: NNZA) announced today that it has changed its name and trading symbol to GTrade.Network, Inc. (OTCBB: GTRD) effective May 10.
GTrade.Network, Inc., a Delaware corporation, a venture capital firm that funds and incubates new companies with high growth potential, primarily Internet-related businesses. GTrade.Network, Inc. has 10,155,800 shares issued and outstanding.
