What I was trying to say, but evidently I did not make it clear:
In Europe the poor folks have the pay a minute-by-minute charge to the "good Ole" phone company....even if they have free ISP services, they could end up paying the local phone company $20 an hour for phone charges!!!!
That's why the ISPs are now offering free service!!!, (and NNIC MUST incorporate this into their business model)!!! Or as Investor, we'll LOOSE OUR SHIRTS!!! Remember, outside the "good Ole" USA, these poor folks are still stuck with paying their local Telecom on an minute by minute for connect time!!!!
That is what I am talking about???
Let me put it into simple terms... I will give you FREE ISP privledges, but you have to pay your local MA BELL, $10 an hour for connect time !!!
What protection, or innovation does NNIC have to incorporate this factor into their business model,,,or did they miss the boat???
