Wow. Interesting. That would be a bit of a bitch, there.

That is exactly what happened to Van Gogh. We can tell from the letters. He couldn't write or paint when he was under an "attack." He couldn't describe them well when they were over. But in between, he was lucid as hell. Ultra-lucid. Extremely focused and capable. It was in such a clear period, that he shot himself.

It took him I think three days to die, and he peacefully waited, smoking his pipe. His brother said he seemed contented and calm at last.

Who's Chesterton?

Depressed people are rational. That's part of their problem. Crazy people are different, but I never thought of some of them as having rationality. Interesting.

I need to go see if I can find my Churchill trivia Winner. I bet you remember it though.
