Grateful Reaper...

First of all, with what's going on, after I surfed the message boards last night, I saw all the posts from people determined to find that lender. I know everyone wants to know -- it's natural and expected. However, if that lenders' name is posted, you know what's going to happen -- tons of phone calls are going to pour in to that company. Some will be nasty if they don't get the answers they want. This is what has been happening at MPTV with Peggy and Gail. Some people are downright mean. This is the last thing we need to have happen. Both parties really need to be able to work in peace and quiet.

According to two of my sources: My main source was told that the 'phase 2' portion of this loan (the 2nd lender)would happen within about 2 weeks from the closing of the first loan, the approximately $5.7M that MPTV received from Wellington/CCS. That would put the date around next Tuesday for 'phase 2' (which is what it is being called by MPTV). Now remember, that is 'approximate'. A lot of factors have to be considered. My other source put the time for the 2nd lender to come into the picture a week from today. We'll just have to wait and see.

As far as the price, who knows? I'm not a prophet, I have no idea. Because of MPTV's past problems with financing, there are probably a lot of potential investors who are sitting on the sidelines until they are absolutely sure that this 2nd lender is there, and will loan the money, i.e., they will wait for this, before making their decision.

In the end, we can only wait and see what happens. Thanks for the post!
