Not entirely true. Yes they use an Intel compiler, but it is the best compiler on the market and no they don't tweak anything. The SpecInt95 numbers are done with no special compiler options. As far as I know the Intel compiler has 0% market share. I've never heard of anyone using it except on an experimental basis.
