Hi,

I read the details in the May 27th (most recent) Merrill Lynch analyst report on the company. ML essentially said that these lock up agreements 'unlock' on July 13, but that fears of investors selling out in hordes are unfounded...which I'm not entirely convinced.

They do forecast a 12-month price objective of $62 in spite of this cloud, and go on further to say 'a more aggressive valuation relative to online brokers provides us with a price potential over $75...of course, that was BEFORE the internet as well as electronic stock traders stocks meltdown which we've seen in the past 5 weeks.

My conclusion: I think it's best to hang loose till well after July 13th, let July calls expire on Fri., Jul 16th, and go in the a few days before the earnings release (First Call est. of 8 brokers is at $0.34c vs. $0.12c last year) which is due on Wed., July 21st.

My problem with the above statement: too logical, so it's probably flawed!

Good luck with the stock anyway, as I agree with everyone who's bullish on this stock, I think it's for keeps....
