To any and all,

How about a little conspiracy theory...

One or more of the new shift workers at the Hassey plant has been
placed there by the "dark forces" to purposely sabotage the attempt to
produce 1000 lbs. of "product" to be shipped to Sabin.

This scheme was apparently successful resulting in the destruction of
all three furnaces. Management responds to the "incompetent" worker(s)
by running them off and bringing Dennis to Arizona to "supervise" mill
operations in an attempt to foil any future sabotage by "planted"
personnel.

With the furnaces taken out, management resorts to a leach test simply
because there is nothing better to do with the onsite personnel. Lab
tests are successful because they use the same batch of inquart
material to run repeated tests with good reasonably stable results.

When ramped up to a production level test, they may be forced to use
inquart material from several batches which greatly increases the
probability that results will not be consistent. This results in more
onion peeling with much larger, production sized, onions.

The cycle keeps repeating itself until somebody takes a step back and
performs a KJ analysis to determine the true root causes for the
repeated failure modes GPGI finds itself forced to run in.

Here is the source listing for GPGI.c :

Main(MONEY)
{
While MONEY > 0
{
While ELECTROWIN != FAIL
ELECTROWIN();
While LEACH != FAIL
LEACH();
}
If CUSTOMMILLING != OPTION
{
Management_Capitulates();
DarkForcesDanceInStreet();
DarkForcesAquireMiningRightsToOroGrande();
JackForcedToFish();
Return(0);
}
Else
GPGIJvsWithMajorOrMaxam();
Return(400BAGGER);
}

There was a seldom used CommunicateWithShareholders() function call
that was removed when the code was optimized and may be brought back
in a future release.

Could Mr. Jensen be the 20th century version of Gideon?
Mr. Jensen, have you even tried to listen to God's plan?
