According to the early June announcement, joint customers will be able to target advertisements and marketing offers based on a user's behavior. For complete details review this.... biz.yahoo.com Both stocks have been under pressure and are significantly off their highs. There seems to be some synergies between both firm's capabilities. Who knows, maybe they will merge someday. On the other hand, it is possible that they can each remain independent and gain a great deal from an alliance.
