I don't have much planned for ATL this weekend, except a lot of paper work.. expense reports, corporate tax returns and the such.
Yes, we are headed out to TX next weekend. Are you going to be in town at all of the 4th or 5th? You and Schweetie are welcome at the lake house... out on lake Palo Pinto, near Santo, TX (if you're looking on a map, it's about 60 miles west of Ft. Worth on I-20, head north on State Road 4) I could run into town and pick you up.
My mom had her 80th last year, and it was quite an event. Have fun with R's aunt. You guys are the entertainment? What do you do - hum on the kazoo, while R dances in circles? <bg>
I guess it's time to go up to South Pittsburg, and load up with fireworks again. I go to the Tennessee / Alabama State Line Fireworks company, and if you buy at least $500 worth, and show them you business license, they let you buy wholesale! Let me tell you, the prices are cheap, cheap, cheap! And you can fill up a U-haul (or RV) with cases and cases at the wholesales prices. It makes a good fireworks show for the lake folks. We are now in serious competition with some of the other families who come out to the lake for the 4th. I think most are retired Oil people, with their kids and grandkids.
