My take is that we are sinking simply because the OSX rallied too far too fast given the fact the oil companies will be slow to hike capital outlays even with crude at $18. I have already started moving back into the sector and will do so more aggressively if OSX breaks 70. The long-term bull case remains intact and I look for the OSX to make new all times highs within the next 12-15 months.
