Dear Mario: If you are a long term holder any time is a good time to get into EMC. If you are looking for the best possible price to enter I think I would wait until AFTER the Fed meets. The general consensus of opinion, I THINK, is that the Fed will propose a 1/4 pt increase and that increase should not effect stock prices. BUT there is ALWAYS the possability that Greenspan will go for 1/2 a pt. That could effect the market adversely. The only risk I would see is he were to propose NO increase which would probably propel the general market UP. That risk seems minimal at this time.
As to what is the best possible price you could hope for--only a guess but I would imagin under the worst scenario MAYBE as low as 47-48. On the other hand, I dont see much of a move upward until AFTER THAT MEETING not only for EMC but for the market in general. JDN
