Hybr is a stock that fits the criteria of this board. They sell wireless high speed modems and own the patents for the technology to do it. They are run by an x att executive. They were going great guns, with a high of about 15 last year, until they got in trouble with their accounting procedures, were sued by their stockholders (the case has been settled, but waiting for a judge to accept the settlement) and ended up being delisted from NASDAQ. chart.stockselector.com The company currently has many clients and their sales appear to continue to increase. cabledatacomnews.com They stand to collect quite a bit of money from patent infringement, and they are currently under buyout speculation. Many feel this is a minimum $6 stock right now. It closed Friday at 1 7/8. There is a board for HYBR on SI and raging bull. Many feel the buyout/merger is imminent, and only waiting on the judge to accept the settlement. He has 90 days to do that, and his time is about up.
