Interesting post from Yahoo: **Great News.............. by: ATT_is_king (43/M/West Springfield, MA) 70519 of 70541 I spoke to my brother in Ireland tonight. He told me the weekend business papers have articles about ATHM forging strategic alliances with cable companies in Ireland, England, France and Germany. Anouncements could be made as early as Tuesday. All the cable companies in Europe are MONOPOLIES and there is NO European equivalent of the FCC. The article also stated that the free ISP's won't impact ATHM's growth because there is a huge demand for broadband access (Europe has 320 million people) AND THE CABLE COMPANIES WON'T CHARGE PER MINUTE FEES (free ISP's aren't really free...you still have to pay per minute charges to the telecom companies and they reimburse the ISP company). This baby could double within the next couple of weeks when this news is released!!
