Rick,

The dictionary's meaning of trivia;
trivia n : something of small importance [syn: triviality, trifle, small
So within the sentence that it was used, it fit. However, you seem to be saying the use of that word in my sentence, somehow has the same significance as whether fcm is fnet's subsidiary, or vice versa. As that information has been corrected, it would seem that the inaccurate information did have some importance to franklin. We did find out that this mistake happened because of another company's error, and I assume a lack of proof reading by franklin. The point remains, it was corrected, by franklin. Your definition is of "subsidiary" is, and was wrong. In the above sentence you wrote, that fnet and fcm can be subsidiary's of each other, that is incorrect.
By the way Rick, perhaps you can explain this. Is it also an error ?? biz.yahoo.com

A quote from that press release;
According to the agreement, revenues for TEK DigiTel are forecasted at about $2 million over two years.
