The problem with using tax haven banks is that you have no recourse if you get ripped off. The Russian Mafia likes to set up offshore banks and money-laundering facilities and then abscond with your money. I suggest that you make sure you are dealing with a legitimate business entity. Although I have no real idea how one would do that.
