I too, was unimpresed with their site. However based on how well I have done with the other MSDW IPOs i've gotten recently (PBG was the only dud) RBAK, SCNT, TWTC, ARBA have all done well if not obscenely so who am I to second guess them. I'm in!
What I am curious about is Commerce-One which MS owns a piece of, why did they decide not to underwrite that one? Any speculation?
