It's "The Magician's Tale" by David Hunt. It's a very good read. And I've started a fantasy series by David Eddings, the first being "Pawn of Prophecy". It's a lot of fun.

The Hunt book is wonderfully poetic. The lead is a woman and I never would have guessed that it was written by a man. That's unusual.

And, yeah, in New Orleans the humidity only adds to the ambiance. <g> I am quite enjoying being in a dry environment where there no mosquitoes out at night. It's nice to not be dotted all over with red spots.

"A Midsummer's Night Dream" would be a lot of fun to see, too. I'm not sure if it's out yet.
