Professor Rick,

What is the meaning of the word subsidiary. That is the point isn't it ?

Does it mean what you want it to mean? When you would like it to mean that?

If you are suggesting that the use of the word subsidiary on franklin's site is of the same importance as the use of the word "trivia" was in my sentence. You are wrong again.

By the way, I am not the person who made the original comment regarding which company is the parent and which the subsidiary. The meaning of that comment is, that either a current or potential investor noticed it and commented on it's use. Check it out.

By the way Rick, perhaps you can explain this. Is it also an error ??

TEK DigiTel and Franklin Telecom Sign $2M Agreement

A quote from that press release;

According to the agreement, revenues for TEK DigiTel are forecasted at about $2 million over two years.

Can you kindly explain what this means to franklin, in terms of revenue ?????
