Excerpts from NEALZ NUZE June 25, 1999 NO LONGER AN ISSUE? There are so many different areas of corruption on the part of the Clinton Administration that it is truly hard to keep up. Joseph Farah's column in today's World Net Daily reminded me of one Clinton outrage that seems to have completely disappeared off our radar screens. I'm talking about his use of the IRS to intimidate and destroy his political enemies. We'll just begin to add up the tally. Let's see .... there was that woman who accosted Bill Clinton on the streets of Chicago after our soldiers were killed in Somalia. She yelled "Those boys died and you suck." She and her husband were detained by the Secret Service. Later they were audited by the IRS. Then there's Paula Jones and her husband. Perhaps you've heard of them. Yup, another IRS audit. Let's add Billy Dale and the employees of the White House Travel office. Remember when Hillary said "fire their asses!"? The press got wind of the firings and was starting to figure out that they were fired to make room for some friends of Bill and Hillary. Quick! We have to find cover! We have to find a reason to have fired these poor saps! You got it ... sic the IRS on them. World Net Daily! Yeah, they got audited too, as did many right-of-center organizations with less than liberal leanings. But --- with this flurry of IRS activity and audits --- not one, not one solitary single organization with liberal ties -–not one organization which supported Clinton or Democratic policies has been identified as a target of the IRS. And nobody cares? BLOODGATE Here's a Clinton Scandal that has never made it to the front pages of your local newspaper or to the network newscasts. It is big news in Canada, though; and for good reason. In short … it would seem that a decision was made to harvest blood from certain inmates in prisons in Arkansas. The inmates would be paid for the blood … but not very much. Meanwhile, the private company who harvested the blood would find a customer for the plasma and would make some big bucks. There was a problem, though. Basic safety procedures were not followed. Certain Arkansas government officials seemed to be aware of the problem, but did nothing. A customer was found, in Canada. The tainted blood was collected, and sold, and thousands of Canadians became sick with everything from Hepatitis to HIV. One of the Arkansas officials who did nothing .. and who might have even helped keep the lid on? None other than the Governor, Bill Clinton. Now, here's a link to an article that appeared recently in an Ottawa newspaper. It would seem that there are some people out there who want the investigation into this blood scandal to just go away.
