Thirty months ago they had 20 MM shares and now they are asking for an increase of the authorized shares from 100 MM to 300 MM, and that is the first step before what I believe will be a 1 for 100 reverse split.>> I am another TSIG investor who got burned big time. I also will only post here this one time so please don't accuse me of bashing UOLP. I never even heard of it before yesterday. When Zeev started posting negatively about TSIG a couple of months ago, I, like many others accused him of bashing for his own personal gain. I only wish I had listened to him then. I might have saved myself a lot of grief (and $). I'm still in TSIG because it's useless to bail out now...I just have to hope for a miracle at this point. I guess what I am saying is don't disregard what Zeev says. He seems to know what he is talking about. Good Luck to all!
