Jeff, yes that would be reasonable. I think it also has limited value for the larger cap stocks due the significant amount of buying and selling interests that are always present. I have noticed that when a buy interest shows up, sometimes the stock actually gets weak for a short period. This could be because the mm's working the order are trying to make the stock look heavy to get the best price for their buyer. Also, those are only buy interests, so if the stock is trading at 3 1/2, the buyer may only be interested in buying at 3 1/4 or less.
