Bill on the Hill,
From going back and reading posts from the beginning, it would appear that you got into this thing relatively early and should have a nice profit by now. I fully agree that the issues you raise are legitimate. But it would appear that your present motive is to try to knock the price down so you can re-enter at a lower price. That is fine, there really is nothing wrong with that tact either. But if that is your objective, then why not just say so? ( I realize that is rhetorical, since it would diminish the effect of your continual harassment). Frankly I wouldn't mind seeing a retracement either, since I would like to establish a larger position at lower prices. Maybe you could assist in driving this thing back to a buck. I would be elated to buy again at that price. But let's be honest, even though this company has not met some of their "obligations" so to speak, they have done a hell of lot in a relatively short time. They are at a point of "critical mass" right about now. As I stated before, it is imperative that they make the right moves NOW and not blow an exceptional opportunity. Don't overlook the importance of the line of credit from Nations Bank. It is not some obscure lending institution. They do their own DD and would not have extended the credit if they didn't think the future looked favorable for the company. For now I will be patient, but it is imperative that the company act responsibly and be timely if they expect to clear the next few major hurdles IMO.
