Hi Mitch:

My order had been in for a while. That order was placed with Quick & Reilly by phone, not on the Internet. (Have not yet figured out how to use their QuickWay Net - and neither have they <G>). Orders are supposed to be processed in the order that they are received. Actually, my order was for a limit order @ $3 or lower, GTC, AON (all or nothing).
I got phone notification of execution in mid afternoon. At that time, quote was at 2 7/8 - 3 1/16.
