I agree on FBR, Tig... Human beings answer the phone on the first or second ring, they're extremely courteous, and they usually know what they're talking about. Unfortunately, you're also correct on the quality of their IPO pipeline. DVDS was the brightest star there, and they only got enough shares for a whopping 253 people? Good grief. I also use DVD Express. Love the site, and love the service. But, alas, Chop didn't get no shares. Bummer.
