Mademoiselle Pinky won't give you a response that is credible or even legal to your query of shorting unmarginable securities. As I pointed out previously, if you have such a yearning to short, you will need to wait for approval of NASDAQ application if said is in process. Why don't you short mr softy while you're at it?
