Ex Parte Opposition! In a shocking move that rocked the legal world, Webnode suggests to Business Wire that actually providing evidence to support its claims may be a necessary point of law!:

&#147All Plaintiff (Business Wire) contends in its ex parte application is that without bifurcation it will have to bear the onerous “burden” of having to present evidence to support its allegations!
&#133
What Business Wire fails to recognize, of course, is that it has the standard of review backwards!&#148

See: webnode.com and associated pages 1-8

Business Wire counsel, Steinhart, maintains: &#147Business Wire submits that it makes no sense - and, indeed, would impose an inordinate and undue burden on Business Wire - to force it to submit the evidentiary showing required by &#167 425.16 as to all nine causes of action&#133&#148

Aside from the objection to providing evidence of claims, Business Wire counsel requires bifurcation due to counsel's upcoming honeymoon. Methven wonders why, from such a large law firm the size of Steinhart, Myers is apparently the only one competent enough to handle the matter:

&#147Moreover, Business Wire's law firm has many attorneys, and Business Wire has made no showing that no one other than Mr. Meyers could competently handle the hearing in this matter.&#148
