I'm reminded of a previous event where Roger opposed our 30-day extension. The Judge reminded him that he didn't actually provide a valid reason, and thus, ruled in our favour. From the latest sequence of events, one wonders if, "We don't feel like proving our allegations with evidence&#151and I'm going on honeymoon anyway" is steering a new course towards the practice of providing valid reason in a legal case.
