If ISP's are offering free service then that should only enhance NNCI's position. Seems to me free access means more users, more users means more domain registration and perhaps an increase in Web Hosting revenue of which NNCI might get a portion.

Again the business of an ISP and a Web hoster are different. One is used to connect the other is used once your connected.

NNCI doesn't care what ISP I use nor for that matter what they charge me. Currently I pay 19.95 a month. In my area I've seen ISP ads between 9.95 to 17.95, yet I haven't bothered to call. If someone offered free service I'm not sure I'd switch. First there is the advertising but foremost in my mind is connectivity. Can I connect when I want and at the speed I want!
