I'm reminded of a previous event where Roger opposed our 30-day extension. The Judge reminded him that he didn't actually provide a valid reason, and thus, ruled in our favour.

From the latest sequence of events, one wonders if, "We don't feel like proving our allegations with evidence—and I'm going on honeymoon anyway" is steering a new course towards the practice of providing valid reason in a legal case.
