Mark, I'm concerned too. SYSF advertised that they had no

competition and now we see huge accolades from Infoworld

and PC Magazine for Cybermedia:

Now SYSF is starting to have to compete against Microsoft, when

they advertised that Radish was the best technology out there.

I think part of the process of building relationships with OEMs is

being able to trust each other, something that SYSF's customers

may find difficult doing based on the evidence I've seen so far.
