USA TECHNOLOGIES AND MINOLTA ENTER CO-MARKETING AGREEMENT
WAYNE, Pa., March 20 /PRNewswire/ -- George R. Jensen, Jr., president and chief executive officer of USA Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: USTT), today announced a co-marketing agreement with Minolta Corporation to market and sell USA Technologies' Business Express(TM) product, equipped with Minolta copiers, to the hospitality industry.
Joint sales and marketing activities, scheduled to begin in March 1997, will continue for an initial term of one year, specifically targeting the hospitality industry through various trade shows, direct mail projects and cooperative sales efforts to national accounts.
