Documents neither under the new, nor the old name are filed. edgar-online.com nada edgar-online.com nincs edgar-online.com and nope x a series of news releases concerning UIT, and INTR, but no financials: biz.yahoo.com x The website to find at intrinfo, does not reveal financial statement of the company, though several other, also BB companies do so. It simply states that the company is publicy traded on the "Nasdaq OTCBB" x The subsidiaries on intrinfo name four companies & subsidiaries: UIT "NetWorld" UBUY.com IMS "Integrated Merchant service" Webclassified.net Again no company financials ----- On a different note: There is already another "UBUY" (Name: auction anything) trading, this UBUY had to take the domain UBUYINC because they were late to the he game, as ubuy has been registered earlier. "Ubuy" commenced trading under the UBUY symbol at March 22 1999. ----- x The OTC Eligibility Rule: "This rule permits only those companies that report their current financial information to the SEC, banking, or insurance regulators to be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). otcbb.com otcbb.com Per now, there are no signs that INTR is taking preparations to comply with the eligibility Rule as many other OTC companies announce in the news. Non compliant companies may continue to trade on the "pink sheets". However, the schedule requires that the IH companies must comply until the beginning of the next January. x How can I calculate the IPO backdoor effect through "IPOSing ubuy"?
