I did call and they told me the SEC had rehalted trading. This may have been true as I didn't see any shares trade for about an hour.

You're right, it may take a while for this stock to settle at its rightful price sub 1, but I have time and can wait.

Its just a royal pain to have to call to get bid/ask quotes.
