I posted a partial list like this under the UOLP thread. This incorporates some additional issues that have come to my attention. It provides a very simple and graphic illustration of how toxic these floorless instruments are. The comments from the shareholders speak for themselves. There are always many reasons why the stock will not be effected, and they repeat themselves over and over again. Until the SEC takes action and closes these loopholes, this is the only way to warn investors. Please take the time to listen.
