Never Go Against The Market:::::

I have learned that during my investment experience. Just think
about the following. It has been public knowledge for several months
that FLY was trying to get control of that company. They had to increase their offer to complete the deal. During that time, the stock went from the mid $3 range to mid $4 range. For about the past week both the Globe & Mail and financial Post were reporting that it looked like the deal would be completed. But, the stock never moved higher. Then, several days ago the stock started to move to the
$5.00+ range. In my opinion, the buyers of the stock the past few days were investors who did not know that the deal has been in the works for several months. They moved the stock higher. Now that the deal has been done, the stock moved lower. You buy on rumor and sell on news.

I feel that the market feels that FLY is taking on alot of debt, therefore the deal might not be so good after all.
