Are you sure that Ancor (ANCR) bought back the floorless convertible preferred offerings? I follow ANCR pretty closely and I am unaware of such a buy back. The preferred shareholders ceased their conversions early this year, resulting in the rise demonstrated in your link. I would be most interested in seeing documentation of such a buy back.
