Hi Domenic

Did a little thinking as I stacked wood this afternoon, and here is how my little brain worked around on the buyout. Comments would be appreciated.

Assumption. The buyout won't happen without GMH onside. The rest of us, put together are too easy for deBeers to divide, we are probably like OPEC. It would be rare to get a majority of us to agree. So, is GMH now onside?

GMH just chose a PP rather than sell stock. That could be interpreted to mean the buyout was some time down the road, because why go to the trouble when short term interim financing could handle any immediate money requirements.

Unless, the buyout was near, the PP taken down entirely by friendly hands, and a great chance for a windfall profit. Don't get me wrong, I don't quarrel with this, if it is the case. These are the guys who put their money where their mouth was over few years, and if they can make a buck, more power to them.

Anyway after almost two hours of carting and stacking wood, I have a sore back, and am just as confused as ever, and would appreciate the thoughts of anyone out there.

Thanks

Bruce
