Greg, I just looked at the recent 10Q of ANCR, the total debt left is $200,000 (LTD including 110 K payable this year and 95 K later), there are no preferred stock outstanding. I presume therefore that the floorless is no longer there, if it was it should have shown on the balance sheet either as preferred convertible stock or convertible debt.

They have a little cash nest of about $7 to $8 MM.
