I *did* notice those posts. As far as I know, SI has no formal position on the matter. SI, as a company, is completely independent of their boards, which are here for general discussion amongst the public as a whole. Anybody is free to contribute, and their private donations are not a reflection on how any company views the matter.
For example, we have had Cisco, Microsoft, and Delta Airlines employees who have contributed. That does not mean Cisco, Microsoft, nor Delta Airlines even care, nor endorse the matter. It is simply private individuals who care about preserving the integrity of the markets.
As such, the phrase I had reserved for such believers in a "conspiracy"—the phrase which implied that one should expel air, through their lungs, upon my countenance, or 'being', or 'nether regions', has been politefully withheld. ;-) |
